Real Sand Dollars dipped in gold leaf. I do not know the exact process and definitely believe the gold is layered or mixed in some way. Purchased from a Panama City Beach, FL shell shop that went out of business. The shell shop had operated since the 1970s. All new old stock. Please see quarter for size reference. You will recieve a mixed lot of of 9 shells.
